The georeferencing of rural properties is mandatory in cases of dismemberment, payment in installments, remembration, mortgage registration, transfer and lawsuits related to rural properties, according to the Public Records Law.
Effective since March 15, 2018, georeferencing is mandatory for properties over 100 hectares (DECREE No. 9,311, of March 15, 2018)
CHECK OUT OTHER DEADLINES
11/20/2023 for properties with an area of 25 to less than 100 hectares;
11/20/2025 for properties with an area of less than 25 hectares.
